Tradewind Recruitment is seeking motivated and adaptable Early Career Teachers (ECTs) to support a successful Trust of primary schools across Doncaster. This flexible supply position is ideal for ECTs looking to gain experience in a range of school settings while developing their skills and confidence.

As part of the Trust's supply team, you'll undertake a variety of responsibilities depending on each school's requirements. This may include working as a Teaching Assistant (TA), Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) or delivering whole-class teaching, giving you the opportunity to build a broad range of experience and establish strong relationships across multiple schools.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting pupils in classrooms across a number of primary schools within the Trust.
• Delivering engaging lessons during teacher absences.
• Providing high-quality classroom support in TA and HLTA roles.
• Working with children across different key stages and year groups.
• Contributing positively to each school's learning environment and becoming a valued member of the team.

We're Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or teachers who are completing their ECT year.
• A flexible approach and willingness to work across different schools.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
• A commitment to helping every child achieve their potential.
• The ability to quickly adapt to new classroom environments and school routines.
