Tradewind Recruitment is currently recruiting for a qualified Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join a welcoming and highly regarded one-form entry primary school in the Hampstead area from September. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity, ideal for an experienced Early Years professional who is passionate about supporting young children during the most important stage of their development.

The Role

As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you will play a key role in supporting children's learning and development through engaging, child-centred activities.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting children through play-based learning in line with the EYFS Framework
• Assisting the class teacher in delivering high-quality Early Years provision
• Encouraging children's communication, language, literacy and numeracy development
• Observing, recording and assessing children's progress
• Creating a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment
• Supporting children's social, emotional and physical development
• Working closely with colleagues and building positive relationships with parents and carers

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

• Hold a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification recognised in England
• Have previous experience working within an Early Years setting
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of the EYFS Framework
• Have excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Be nurturing, enthusiastic and committed to helping every child reach their potential
• Hold (or be willing to obtain) an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
