This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Teaching Assistant looking to join a friendly team where every child is encouraged to thrive.

As a valued member of the support staff, you will work closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging learning opportunities, provide targeted interventions and support pupils both inside and outside the classroom.

The Role

• CACHE Level 3 Teaching Assistant
• Full-time | Monday-Friday
• Long-term position
• September 2026 start
• Camden, North London
• Competitive daily rate

Responsibilities

• Support teaching and learning across the classroom.
• Deliver small group and 1:1 interventions.
• Support pupils with additional learning needs where required.
• Assist with classroom preparation and organisation.
• Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents.
• Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Support behaviour management in line with school policies.

The Ideal Candidate

• Holds a CACHE Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
• Previous experience supporting children within a Primary School.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Passionate about supporting children's learning and development.
• Able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Flexible, proactive and enthusiastic.
