Are you passionate about supporting young people to overcome barriers to learning?

We are recruiting Behaviour Mentors to work within specialist settings across Ealing, Hounslow, Richmond, Kingston, Hammersmith and Westminster. Our schools support pupils who require additional behavioural, emotional and pastoral support to access education successfully.

This role would suit candidates with experience in youth work, mentoring, sports coaching, residential care, mental health support or behaviour intervention.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building positive and trusting relationships with pupils.
  • Supporting students with SEMH needs, Autism and behavioural challenges.
  • Implementing behaviour management strategies and de-escalation techniques.
  • Supporting pupils both inside and outside of the classroom.
  • Working closely with teachers, SENCOs and pastoral staff.

Pay: Competitive daily rates, dependent on experience and school placement.
