Senior Education Recruitment Consultant - Secondary
London | Warm Desk Billing £5,500 Per Week

Tradewind Recruitment is looking for an experienced Education Recruitment Consultant to join our London Head Office and take over a successful Secondary desk currently billing around £5,500 per week.

Essential Requirements

Please only apply if you have:

  • Minimum 12 months' Education Recruitment experience

  • Experience recruiting within Secondary education

  • Consistent billing history

  • Strong client and candidate relationships

  • Excellent business development skills

Applications without education recruitment experience will not be considered.

About the Role

You'll inherit an established Secondary desk with existing schools and active business from day one.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing existing accounts

  • Winning new Secondary school partnerships

  • Managing candidate placements

  • Visiting schools

  • Marketing candidates

  • Driving revenue growth

Supported by dedicated Resourcing, Compliance, Marketing, Payroll and IT teams, you'll spend your time focusing on sales rather than administration.

What You'll Receive

  • Up to £55,000 basic salary

  • Warm desk billing £5,500 per week

  • Commission paid from day one

  • Uncapped commission plus Super Commission

  • Guaranteed increase on your current basic salary
