Working Hours: Monday-Friday
- Breakfast Club: 8:00am-9:00am
- After School Club: 3:30pm-5:45pm
Pay: £18-£20 per hour

SANZA Teaching Agency is seeking a dedicated and organised Playworker Manager to oversee the breakfast and after school club at a welcoming primary school in Southwark from September.

The Role
As Playworker Manager, you will:
- Lead and manage the day-to-day running of the breakfast and after school club.
- Plan and deliver a range of fun, creative and inclusive activities for primary-aged children.
- Ensure the safety, wellbeing and enjoyment of all pupils in your care.
- Supervise and support playworkers, ensuring high standards of care are maintained.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, carers and school staff.
- Ensure safeguarding, health and safety, and childcare policies are followed at all times.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who:
- Holds a Level 3 Childcare qualification (essential).
- Has previous experience working in a breakfast club, after school club, nursery or similar childcare setting.
- Has experience leading or supervising a team.
- Is enthusiastic, reliable and highly organised.
- Has excellent communication and behaviour management skills.
- Is committed to providing high-quality childcare in a fun and supportive environment.
