We have openings across all subject specialisms and are looking for passionate individuals who are dedicated to raising student attainment and fostering a love for learning.

Core Subject Specialisms Needed

We are actively recruiting secondary teachers across all curriculum areas, including but not limited to:

  • STEM: Mathematics, Science (Biology, Chemistry, Physics), Engineering, Computer Science / ICT.

  • Communications: English Language & Literature, Modern Foreign Languages (MFL - French, Spanish, German).

  • Humanities: History, Geography, Religious Education (RE).

  • Creative & Practical Arts: Art & Design, Design Technology (DT), Food Technology, Drama, Music.

  • Physical Education: PE Teachers & Sports Specialists.

  • Specialist Roles: Social Sciences, Business Studies, Economics, and SEND / Inclusion Teachers.

Key Responsibilities

  • High-Quality Teaching: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging, high-impact lessons that cater to a diverse range of student abilities across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (Key Stage 5 experience is a bonus).

  • Student Progress: Assess, track, and report on student progress, using data effectively to close learning gaps and maximise exam success.

  • Classroom Management: Establish a positive, productive, and safe learning environment by implementing effective behaviour management strategies.

  • Pastoral Duties: Act as a form tutor, providing pastoral support and guidance to promote student well-being.

  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively within your department to develop innovative schemes of work and participate in wider school community events.

What We Are Looking For

  • Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification (QTLS).

  • ECTs Welcome: Applications are highly encouraged from current trainee teachers completing their initial teacher training (ITT/PGCE) for a September 2026 start.

  • Curriculum Knowledge: A strong understanding of the UK National Curriculum and relevant GCSE exam board specifications.

  • Passion & Drive: Excellent communication skills, strong classroom presence, and a genuine commitment to student development.

  • Compliance: A current enhanced DBS certificate registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
