Cover Supervisor Opportunities - Wigan Schools

Tradewind Recruitment are currently recruiting Cover Supervisors to support a variety of secondary schools across Wigan.

We are looking to hear from confident and enthusiastic individuals who are interested in daily supply, long-term placements, fixed-term contracts and temporary-to-permanent opportunities from September onwards.

As a Cover Supervisor, you'll deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher, manage classroom behaviour and ensure students remain engaged with their learning.

The successful candidates will:

• Have experience working with young people
• Be confident leading a classroom
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills
• Build positive relationships with students and staff
• Be adaptable, reliable and enthusiastic
