This Teaching Assistant role offers the chance to support pupils across the primary age range while working alongside experienced teachers who are passionate about helping children achieve their full potential. Schools are looking for a proactive Teaching Assistant who enjoys working as part of a team and creating a positive learning environment.
As a Teaching Assistant in Warrington, you will:
- Support teaching and learning across the classroom
- Deliver small group interventions
- Encourage pupils to build confidence and independence
- Assist with classroom preparation and daily routines
- Provide feedback to teachers on pupil progress
The ideal Teaching Assistant will have:
- Previous experience within a primary school or similar setting
- Excellent communication skills
- A positive and flexible approach
- A genuine passion for supporting children's learning
