We work in partnership with a wide range of primary schools across Rotherham and are looking for caring and committed SEN Teaching Assistants to support children with additional needs from EYFS through to Year 6.

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you'll work with pupils who require additional support both within mainstream classrooms and in specialist Integrated Resource (IR) Units. You'll play a key role in helping children overcome barriers to learning, develop confidence and achieve their full potential.

To be successful, you will:

• Have previous experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs in a school or similar setting.
• Be patient, enthusiastic and able to build positive relationships with pupils.
• Be confident supporting children across the primary age range.
• Work effectively as part of a wider school team.
• Hold a Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable but not essential).
