KS2 Teacher role in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire.

Based in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, this role offers the opportunity to teach engaged learners while working alongside an experienced leadership team that values collaboration and professional development. Applications are welcomed from experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers holding Qualified Teacher Status.
Your responsibilities will include
- Planning and delivering engaging lessons that follow the National Curriculum.
- Preparing pupils for end of Key Stage assessments through effective teaching and regular assessment.
- Differentiating learning to meet individual abilities and needs.
- Maintaining a positive classroom environment where behaviour expectations are clear and consistent.
- Monitoring attainment and providing timely feedback to pupils and parents.
- Working closely with colleagues to share planning, resources and best practice.
- Supporting the wider life of the school through meetings, events and professional collaboration.
Applicants should have
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience teaching within Key Stage Two.
- Excellent curriculum knowledge.
- Strong classroom organisation and behaviour management.
- Effective communication skills.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's welfare.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
