Academic Support Assistant
Location: Enfield
Pay: £95-£110 per day

Tradewind Recruitment is working with a high-achieving secondary school in Enfield looking to recruit an Academic Support Assistant.

You'll play a key role in helping students overcome barriers to learning while working within a welcoming and supportive staff team.

The Role

  • Deliver targeted intervention sessions.
  • Provide one-to-one academic support.
  • Support classroom teachers across multiple departments.
  • Monitor student engagement and progress.
  • Promote a positive learning culture.
