Secondary Teaching Assistant
Location: Enfield
Pay: £95-£110 per day
Start Date: September 2026
Contract: Full-time

Tradewind Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a successful secondary school in Enfield looking to appoint a committed Teaching Assistant for the new academic year.

Your Responsibilities

Working across different departments, you'll:

  • Support students in lessons across the curriculum.
  • Work one-to-one with students requiring additional support.
  • Deliver structured intervention sessions.
  • Assist teachers with lesson preparation.
  • Encourage student engagement and participation.
  • Help maintain a calm and productive learning environment.
  • Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents.
