SEN Teaching Assistant - Northwich
Tradewind Recruitment are looking for a caring, enthusiastic and dependable SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive specialist setting in the Northwich area.
This is a rewarding opportunity to work with pupils who have a range of complex learning, communication and additional needs, helping them to develop confidence, independence and engagement throughout the school day.
You will work alongside experienced teaching and support staff, assisting pupils with learning activities, communication, sensory needs, emotional regulation and daily routines. Depending on the needs of the pupils, the role may also involve personal care and physical support.

We would particularly like to hear from candidates with experience in SEN, care, support work, residential care, youth work or similar environments.
Previous school experience is beneficial but not essential for candidates who can demonstrate strong transferable experience supporting children, young people or adults with additional needs.
We are looking for someone who is patient, reliable, resilient, adaptable and genuinely motivated to support pupils with SEN.
