The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and pupils to provide high-quality support, helping to create a positive learning environment where every student can thrive.

The Role:

  • Supporting students in the classroom on a one-to-one basis and in small groups.

  • Assisting the class teacher with lesson preparation and classroom activities.

  • Encouraging student engagement, confidence, and independence.

  • Supporting pupils with additional learning needs where required.

  • Promoting positive behaviour and helping to maintain a productive learning environment.

  • Building positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Has experience working with children or young people in an educational, care, coaching, or support setting.

  • Is patient, proactive, and enthusiastic.

  • Has strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Is committed to supporting students' academic and personal development.

  • Holds an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or is willing to obtain one through Tradewind Recruitment.
