Salary: MPS/UPS (dependent on experience)

Tradewind Recruitment are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Music Teacher to join a welcoming secondary school in the Milton Keynes area. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified teacher who is enthusiastic about delivering engaging Music lessons and encouraging students to develop their creativity, confidence and performance skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Music across Key Stages 3 and 4, planning and delivering inspiring lessons that cater to a range of abilities and learning styles.

The Role:

  • Teach Music across Key Stages 3 and 4

  • Plan and deliver engaging and creative lessons

  • Assess, monitor and support student progress

  • Encourage participation in performances, concerts and extracurricular activities

  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

  • Has experience teaching Music within a secondary school setting

  • Demonstrates strong classroom management skills

  • Is passionate about music education and student achievement

  • Has excellent communication and organisational skills
