The Role:

  • Delivering engaging lessons across your specialist subject or across the curriculum.

  • Following lesson plans and ensuring learning objectives are met.

  • Managing classroom behaviour effectively and maintaining a positive learning environment.

  • Building positive relationships with pupils and school staff.

  • Adapting to different school environments and teaching requirements.

  • Providing feedback to schools where required.

  • Supporting students to remain engaged and achieve their learning objectives.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching experience.

  • Experience teaching within a secondary or primary school setting.

  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • A flexible, reliable and adaptable approach.

  • A genuine passion for education and supporting young people.

  • The ability to quickly build positive relationships within new school environments.
