The Role

• Delivering lessons using pre-set work across a variety of subjects and year groups

• Keeping students on task and maintaining a positive and purposeful classroom environment

• Managing behaviour in line with each school's policies and expectations

• Adapting quickly to different classrooms, schools, and routines

• Ensuring students complete the work provided by their usual teacher

• Supporting students with their learning and answering questions where appropriate

• Following school safeguarding procedures and maintaining professional standards at all times

We're Looking For

• Teachers with QTS/QTLS or strong classroom experience

• Confident individuals who can manage behaviour effectively

• Flexible and adaptable teachers who can settle into new environments quickly

• Reliable and professional staff with excellent communication skills

• Teachers who are comfortable teaching across different year groups and subjects where appropriate

• Individuals who can work independently and use their initiative

• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
