The successful candidate will take ownership of a warm primary or secondary education recruitment desk.

What We're Looking For

• Previous education recruitment experience - essential
• Experience recruiting within primary and/or secondary education
• A proven track record of achieving recruitment billings
• Evidence of previous billings will be required
• Strong business development and sales ability
• Excellent relationship-building skills
• Good understanding of safeguarding, compliance and the education sector
• Highly organised and commercially driven
• Professional and ambitious approach
• Someone who wants to work in a high-performance environment
