About the role - Supply Teacher - Wellingborough

• Deliver engaging and well-structured pre-planned lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2

• Ensure pupils remain engaged, motivated, and supported throughout the school day

• Create a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment

• Maintain high standards of behaviour and effective classroom management

• Make appropriate adjustments to lessons to meet the needs of individual pupils

• Support pupils with SEND and additional learning needs

• Ensure all required work is completed and provide relevant feedback to the class teacher

• Build positive relationships with pupils, teaching assistants, and wider school staff

• Follow school policies, safeguarding procedures, and behaviour expectations

• Adapt quickly to different classroom environments and school settings

• Contribute positively to the wider life of the school

About you - Supply Teacher - Wellingborough

• QTS is essential

• Previous experience teaching within a UK primary school

• Strong classroom management and behaviour management skills

• Ability to deliver engaging and effective lessons

• Experience supporting pupils with SEND and additional needs

• Strong understanding of the Primary National Curriculum

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Reliable, enthusiastic, and adaptable

• Able to build positive relationships quickly with pupils and staff

• Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children

• Available to work Monday-Friday, approximately 8:30am-3:30pm
