A friendly and supportive primary school in Wellingborough is looking to recruit an enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner to join their team from October.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with young children and is passionate about creating a fun, safe and engaging environment where every child can thrive. You'll play an important role in supporting children's early development and helping them build the confidence, independence and skills they need as they begin their education.

The role includes:

• Supporting children across the Early Years setting

• Delivering engaging learning activities through play

• Encouraging children's social, emotional and educational development

• Helping to create a positive, safe and nurturing classroom environment

• Supporting children's communication, confidence and independence

• Working closely with teachers and other staff to support each child's individual needs

• Supporting children with additional needs where required

• Contributing to observations and children's learning and development

We're looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience working with children in an Early Years setting

• Holds a relevant Early Years qualification, such as Level 2 or Level 3 (desirable)

• Is caring, energetic and enthusiastic

• Has a genuine passion for supporting young children's development

• Communicates well with children, colleagues and parents

• Works well as part of a team

• Has an enhanced DBS on the Update Service or is willing to obtain one

• Is available to work full-time
