Teacher of Girls' PE - South Manchester

Tradewind Recruitment are recruiting! We are looking for an enthusiastic female Teacher of Girls' PE to join a Good-rated secondary academy in South Manchester.

This is a full-time supply role covering a temporary sickness absence until Christmas.

The Role

  • Teacher of Girls' PE and Sport
  • Teaching Core PE and OCR Cambridge Nationals Sport Studies Level 1/2 Award/Certificate
  • Delivering both practical and theory-based PE lessons
  • Teaching a broad and balanced curriculum across performance, leadership and health education
  • Open to ECTs, experienced QTS teachers and FE lecturers with relevant PE/Sport teaching experience

Requirements

  • QTS, QTLS or relevant FE teaching qualification
  • Experience teaching PE, Sport or students aged 11-18
  • Enhanced DBS and professional references required
  • Legal right to work in the UK

This role is open to female teachers only, as the successful candidate will be required to supervise girls in the changing rooms.
