The Role:

As a Supply Teacher, you will:

  • Deliver engaging lessons across your subject specialism.
  • Teach pupils across Key Stages 3 and 4 (and Key Stage 5 where appropriate).
  • Follow school lesson plans and maintain continuity of learning.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Adapt quickly to different schools, departments and teaching styles.
  • Support students with their learning and progress.

We are looking for teachers who:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
  • Have experience teaching within UK secondary schools.
  • Are confident managing classroom behaviour.
  • Are passionate about their subject and inspiring young people.
  • Are reliable, adaptable and committed to providing high-quality teaching.
