Tradewind Recruitment is seeking caring, patient and enthusiastic Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistants to support pupils across primary schools in Camden.

From providing dedicated 1:1 SEND support to helping pupils access learning within the wider classroom, these roles offer the chance to make a genuine difference to children's confidence, independence and educational development.

💷 Pay: £95-£100 per day PAYE
📍 Location: Camden, London
🏫 Settings: Primary schools
🤝 Roles: 1:1 SEND support and general SEN classroom support

What we're looking for:

  • A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development.

  • Experience with SEND, additional needs or 1:1 pupil support is desirable.

  • Patience, resilience and a nurturing approach.

  • The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and school staff.

  • An Enhanced Child DBS, or willingness to obtain one where appropriate.

  • Full employment and education history, with any gaps explained.

  • The legal right to work in the UK.

Previous school experience is beneficial, but we're also keen to hear from enthusiastic graduates and candidates with relevant childcare, tutoring, mentoring or care experience.
