Location: Bexley, Sidcup, Welling, Erith and surrounding areas
Pay: £90-£115 per day, depending on experience
Hours: Typically 8:30am-3:30pm
Contract: Flexible Supply / Short-Term / Long-Term

Are you a patient, supportive individual with experience helping children with additional learning needs?

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking SEN Teaching Assistants for primary school supply opportunities throughout the London Borough of Bexley.

The Role:

• Provide one-to-one and small-group support for pupils with SEND.

• Support children with autism, ADHD, communication difficulties and additional learning needs.

• Help pupils develop confidence, independence and emotional regulation.

• Work alongside class teachers and SENCOs to implement individual support strategies.

• Promote an inclusive, positive learning environment.

We're Looking For:

• Previous experience supporting children with SEND, ideally in a school or childcare setting.

• A calm, patient and adaptable approach.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Relevant TA qualifications are desirable but not essential.
