Location: Enfield, North London
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
School: One-form entry primary school

SANZA Teaching Agency is recruiting a dedicated Teaching Assistant for a friendly, one-form entry primary school in Enfield. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a close-knit school environment where teamwork and individual pupil support are valued.

You'll play an important part in helping pupils develop their early reading, writing and maths skills, while encouraging them to become confident and independent learners.

The role will involve:

• Supporting teaching and learning across Key Stage 1.
• Providing one-to-one and small-group support where needed.
• Helping pupils with phonics, reading, writing and numeracy activities.
• Encouraging positive behaviour, engagement and participation.
• Assisting the teacher with classroom preparation and daily activities.
• Helping to create a safe, inclusive and enjoyable learning environment.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have experience working with primary-aged children.
• Be enthusiastic, reliable and keen to make a difference.
• Have strong communication skills and a patient approach.
• Be confident supporting children with different learning needs.
• Be willing to get involved and contribute to the wider school community.
