Tradewind Recruitment is working in partnership with a well-established primary school in the north Bolton area to recruit a committed Teaching Assistant to join their supportive team. The role:
Supporting teaching and learning across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.
Working with individuals and small groups to reinforce classroom learning.
Providing additional support for pupils who require assistance with literacy, numeracy and general classroom activities.
Helping to create an engaging, positive and well-organised learning environment.
Supporting pupils' social, emotional and behavioural development.
Working closely with the class teacher and wider support team.
The ideal candidate:
Previous experience working with primary-aged children.
A positive, patient and enthusiastic approach.
Confidence supporting pupils with different learning abilities.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
A genuine passion for education and helping children reach their potential.
