Hours: Full Time | Monday to Friday | 8:30am - 3:30pm
Key Stages: EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2

Tradewind Recruitment is currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Level 2 and Level 3 Teaching Assistants to work across a variety of welcoming primary schools in Chesterfield and the surrounding areas.

This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced Teaching Assistants who enjoy variety, building relationships with pupils and making a real difference in the classroom.

The Role

As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support teaching and learning across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.

• Work alongside class teachers to deliver engaging learning activities.

• Provide individual and small-group support to pupils of varying abilities.

• Help create a positive, inclusive and stimulating learning environment.

• Adapt confidently to different school settings and year groups.

What We're Looking For

• A minimum Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).

• Previous experience working within UK primary schools.

• Confidence supporting pupils across EYFS to Year 6.

• A flexible, enthusiastic and proactive approach.

• Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for supporting children's learning.
