Tradewind Recruitment is looking for enthusiastic Level 2 and Level 3 Teaching Assistants to join our busy primary supply team, supporting schools across Sheffield on a full-time basis.

Whether your experience is in Early Years, Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2, we have opportunities for adaptable and committed Teaching Assistants who are ready to make a positive impact in the classroom.

What Will Your Working Day Look Like?

Working across a range of Sheffield primary schools, your responsibilities may include:

• Assisting class teachers with the delivery of engaging and inclusive lessons.

• Supporting children with their learning across EYFS through to Year 6.

• Working with small groups and individual pupils to help them achieve their learning goals.

• Encouraging positive behaviour, confidence and independence.

• Helping to maintain a welcoming, safe and productive classroom environment.

• Building positive relationships with pupils, teachers and school staff.

What Do You Need to Apply?

To be considered for these opportunities, you will need:

• A recognised Teaching Assistant qualification at Level 2 or above.

• Previous experience working in a UK primary school setting.

• The ability to confidently support pupils across different primary year groups.

• A reliable, professional and flexible attitude.

• Strong communication skills and a genuine enthusiasm for education.

• Availability to work full time, Monday to Friday.
