Key Responsibilities

• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Contribute to curriculum planning and departmental development.
• Provide timely and constructive feedback to students.

• Maintain high expectations of behaviour and attainment.
• Participate fully in parents' evenings, staff meetings and school events.

Candidate Profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Degree in Business, Economics, Finance or a related subject.
• Experience teaching Business Studies at secondary level.
• Strong subject knowledge across Key Stages 4 and 5.
• Excellent classroom management skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their potential.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Collaborative and professional approach to teaching.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting student welfare.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
• Right to work in the UK.
