The Role

As a Primary Supply Teacher, you will:

• Deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, following plans provided by the school.

• Create a positive, supportive and inclusive learning environment.

• Manage classroom behaviour effectively and maintain established school routines.

• Adapt confidently to different school environments and year groups.

• Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and other school staff.

• Enjoy the flexibility of choosing your own working days to suit your availability.

Daily supply teaching is an excellent option for experienced teachers seeking a better work-life balance, Early Career Teachers looking to broaden their experience, or those returning to teaching after a career break.

What We're Looking For

To be considered for this role, you should:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

• Have experience teaching within a UK primary school setting.

• Be professional, punctual, reliable and adaptable.

• Demonstrate strong classroom management skills.

• Have a genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.

• Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
