Pay: Paid to scale (M1-M6)

Start date: Januray 2027

Contract type: FTC until July 2027 initially

An excellent 2 form entry primary school in Wolverhampton is looking for a passionate and dedicated Year 3 Class Teacher to join their team starting January 2027. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced teacher or an enthusiastic ECT looking for their next role.

The Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons in line with the National Curriculum.

  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all pupils can thrive.

  • Assess and monitor pupil progress, adapting teaching to meet individual needs.

  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively and maintain high expectations.

  • Work closely with teaching assistants and other staff to support pupil development.

  • Build positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues.

  • Contribute to the wider life of the school and maintain a strong safeguarding focus.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have QTS or equivalent, strong classroom management skills and a genuine passion for primary education. You will be committed to providing engaging learning experiences and supporting every child to achieve their potential.
