We are currently seeking dynamic individuals to join our team as Cover Supervisors on an ADHOC basis in the Sheffield area. As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a positive learning environment for students in various schools.
Key Responsibilities:
Classroom Management: Supervise and manage the classroom in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment.
Lesson Delivery: Follow pre-prepared lesson plans and provide support to students during their assigned lessons.
Behaviour Management: Uphold high standards of behaviour and discipline, fostering a positive and respectful atmosphere within the classroom.
Flexibility: Be available for ADHOC assignments with varying duration's, offering a flexible schedule that suits your availability. Work as little or as often as you want!
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role or a keen interest in education.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage and engage with students effectively.
- Flexibility to adapt to different school environments.
- Valid DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check or willingness to undergo one.
