The Academy is highly regarded and popular within the community and has incredibly inspirational leadership. They are looking for their next superstar Administrator to be the face of the academy and the backbone of their smooth operations.
Due to the nature of the business, they operate after school hours. They require the suitable candidate to be able to commit to the hours of 11.45am - 8.15pm, Monday - Friday. You will be working 37.5 hours a week, with a half an hour lunch. This role will become permanent for the right person.
The role:
Respond to emails
Answer telephone and field calls to relevant persons within the organisation
Respond to telephone enquiries and describe our products and services to perspective
parents
Inputting customer information into the system
Manage class schedules
Book and arrange free consultations for perspective students
Carry out consultations with parents using the academy format
Book in free trial lessons for perspective students
Manage office diary
Deal with office post
Type up hand written reports
File documents as required
Welcome parents and students into the centre
Assist with invoicing
Record and monitor payments
Manage fire drill inspection
Manage visitor sign‐in and induction
Manage personnel files
Listen and work to detailed instructions to create documents, reports, worksheets and
processes
Other ad‐hoc admin related tasks
Dealing with customer queries and complaints
Providing excellent customer service
Manage and distribute student resources
The ideal candidate:

Able to take ownership of tasks
Proficient with word, excel and PowerPoint
Able to undergo a DBS check
Minimum 5 C's at GCSE (Maths and English essential)
