About the School - Nursery teacher - Merton, West London
This welcoming and high achieving Catholic Independent primary school is a fantastic learning setting where children are given the opportunity to succeed. The overall school is an All-girls school, however in EYFS the classes are mixed gender where the boys move to another preparatory school after Reception. The school has a major focus on cooperative learning, developing life and social skills to create well rounded individuals. The school is well resourced with excellent sports, technology, art and music opportunities for all age groups. Children are extremely well behaved in the school and make great progress so the suitable candidate will have high expectations of all students. The school is now seeking an NQT teacher who they can support in their induction year as they can provide outstanding levels of support!
About the Role - Nursery teacher - Merton, West London
*QTS achieved or expected to be achieved prior to September in Primary teaching.
*You must have EYFS experience within a Primary school to be considered for this position.
*The suitable candidate will be EYFS experienced or will have had exposure to the EYFS curriculum during teacher training.
*The successful Nursery teacher will be able to confidently plan independent learning opportunities based around the children's interests to allow observations of outstanding development.
*This Nursery teacher will be passionate about incorporating mathematics, writing and reading consistently through the Early Years provisions and have an in depth understanding of the "Development Matters" framework.
*This role will involve working alongside the EYFS lead and planning exciting and innovative provisions both indoors and outdoors.
