Part-time Teaching Assistant

Runcorn, Cheshire

Tradewind Education is on the lookout for a Teaching Assistant to support a popular and friendly primary school within Runcorn on a part-time basis.

The school would like to appoint a Teaching Assistant to provide general and small group support for 3 to 4 days (days TBC) until July 2024. There are a few children within this class that have Special Educational Needs, therefore the school would like a Teaching Assistant with SEN experience to provide some extra support and attention for these children.

This role can start as early as Monday 17th April and will run up until the school closes for the summer holiday.

What's needed to apply?

  • Teaching Assistant experience
  • Experience supporting children with additional needs
  • Hold an Enhanced Child workforce DBS on the update service or are willing to undertake a new one
  • Full and complete 10-year career history
  • Minimum of 2 references including your most recent employment reference
  • Legal right to work in the UK
