Tradewind are on the looking for an experienced Science Teacher to join a mixed team with a variety of experience. The school is OFSTED rated 'good' school in the centre of Hull. The school has a rich history and is looking for somebody who can add to this.

The successful applicant will be teaching science to KS3 and KS4, and any science specialism will be considered for this role. There is potential for extra responsibility if an especially high quality candidate applies. NQTs will be considered for the role, but not for the extra responsibility.

This is a full time, temporary position. As this is a full time post, the successful applicant will be responsible for all planning and marking associated with a teaching role. Payment will be scaled to MPS, dependent on salary and experience. Initially this role with be for one year, which may be extended at the end of the year.

The school has free onsite parking for those who drive and is on lots of major bus routes, making it incredibly accessible.

The school has excellent students who are very enthusiastic, making this a very desirable role. Class sizes are small, meaning marking is more manageable than in other positions. The school has a recently built laboratory, meaning practical equipment is readily available and is high quality.
