Tradewind is recruiting! We have a number of excellent mainstream Primary Schools we work with across the borough of Greenwich. They're requiring a large number of SEN TAs to support an increased amount of SEND 1:1 needs - are you interested in full time long term work supporting students 1:1?

Tradewind Recruitment is recruiting for a number of SEN TA staff to join a lot of primary schools which spread across the borough of Greenwich - all these roles for SEN TA will be paid at between £80 - £100 per day dependent on experience and length of time in role.

There has been an increased need across the whole borough for many mainstream primary schools to support children that have SEN. Each school is looking for a candidate that is hard working, caring and compassionate but with a firm and fair approach. You need to really understand the needs of the child you support, most of these positions will be with Autistic children so its breaking down learning barriers to those children and giving them the time they need to process to their way of thinking - allowing them to access the work and still supporting each of the children as they process things differently.

We are looking for:

• This application to many schools to be filled ASAP so need interested candidates to apply NOW!
• Candidates that are committed to full time work - 5 days a week minimum hours 8:30am-3:30pm
• That know the challenges of 1:1 work but also the value of what they do and the rewards of supporting children with SEND.

• Qualifications in Supporting in Schools not essential but welcomed
• To have worked with children within a school setting or other setting and be able to provide us a reference for this
• This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
• Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and any employment breaks must be explained
• You must have the legal right to work in the UK
