About the Role: As a daily supply teacher, you'll have the chance to work in a variety of SEN schools across East London, covering classes in the absence of regular teachers. Your responsibilities may include:
- Delivering pre-prepared lessons according to school policies and procedures
- Maintaining a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Managing classroom behaviour effectively
- Liaising with school staff to ensure continuity of learning
Requirements: To thrive in this role, you'll need:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Flexibility and availability to work on short notice
- Strong classroom management skills
- Adaptability and resilience in various teaching environments
