? Tradewind is seeking enthusiastic and committed SEN Teachers to join our team for the upcoming academic year.
The Role:
- Work in a dynamic special needs school environment, supporting secondary school students with a range of needs.
- Plan and deliver tailored lessons and interventions to meet the individual needs and abilities of secondary school students.
- Collaborate with support staff and external professionals to create personalised learning plans and strategies.
- Monitor student progress and communicate effectively with parents and colleagues.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Previous experience working with secondary school children with SEN, preferably within a school setting.
- Strong knowledge of SEN profiles and effective teaching strategies.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
