A good special needs school require a teacher to start in September. All subject specialisms will be considered however it is to work within complex needs from KS3-KS5.

We are looking for an experienced Teacher who is passionate about SEN to work in a good special school for students between the ages of 11-16. You will be working with students who have a range of learning difficulties.

Students at this school are nurtured and encouraged to make the best possible progress within their academic and personal self. They are led by an amazing team of staff who strive to provide the very best for all of their students. Their ethos is to provide a safe, enriching and inspirational learning environment. The pupils are encouraged through self-confidence to 'have a go' and supported by all staff members to achieve their potential.

This is an inclusive school where the staff have high expectations and where feelings and opinions are heard and valued. Pay is negotiable dependant on experience.

The ideal candidate would:
- have recent teaching experience in an SEN environment
-have the drive to help pupils succeed
-be a strong member of the school team and supportive to others
-have the knowledge of how to support children with complex needs
