Tradewind Recruitment are currently looking for a Teacher of SEN to join a school. The role runs from September 2018 to July 2019 and the salary is MPS1 - MPS6. This role is also available to Newly Qualified Teachers and Overseas Trained Teachers.

The SEN school, based in Southend, requires a positive teacher who can educate children with various needs and disabilities. Designed to support children with complex needs, severe learning difficulties (SLD) and Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PLD), the school has a very dedicated team of staff with good support staff which ensures that expected progress is made in the classroom. Teachers aim to create a calm and safe learning environment where pupils can enjoy lessons.

We are looking for:
This SEN School are looking for an SEN Teacher who can teach a range of students to prepare them for a bright and independent future.
A supportive individual, who will want to support every child to obtain the best results and achievements.
Experience working with SEN children in either Mainstream, Pupil Referral Units or SEN schools is desirable, however not essential.

To join us and be successful in this SEN Teacher role you will need to:
Hold QTS or equivalent teaching qualifications.
This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearance (if applicable and professional reference checks.
Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history, where possible, and any employment breaks must be explained.
You must have the legal right to work in the UK.
