Are you a dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistant with experience in Special Educational Needs (SEN)? We have an immediate opening for an enthusiastic individual to join our team in Reading. While experience with visually impaired students is desirable, it is not essential.
Position: Learning Support Assistant with SEN Experience Location: Reading Start Date: Immediate
Role Requirements:
SEN Experience: Previous experience working with students with Special Educational Needs is essential.
Empathy and Compassion: Demonstrate a caring and understanding approach to support the diverse needs of students.
Flexibility: Adaptability to work with different students and respond to their individual learning requirements.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to create an inclusive learning environment.
Desirable but not Essential:
- Experience with Visually Impaired Students: While experience with visually impaired students is desirable, it is not necessary, and a willingness to learn and adapt is highly valued.
