Tradewind is recruiting for an experienced Teaching Assistant for a secondary school in Wilmslow!
Tradewind Recruitment is currently looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistant, to join a successful Secondary School in Wilmslow, to start After Easter. This is a full-time role, 5 days a week, paying up to £95 a day.
The Role:
Support students within the classroom, providing tailored guidance and encouragement. Collaborate with teachers, deliver small group instruction, and promote a nurturing, inclusive atmosphere. Help students build confidence and a passion for learning. Ideal candidates will have strong curriculum knowledge and will ensure the support they deliver is of excellent quality using innovative and engaging approaches.
To join us and be successful in this Teaching Assistant role, you will need to:
- Have experiencing teaching young people or transferable child-based work experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Enthusiastic and nurturing approach
- Be subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable), and Professional references checks
- Full CV history with employment/education included
- Legal right to work in the UK
