Tradewind Manchester is currently looking for an enthusiastic and innovative Year 4 Teacher, to join an Ofsted rated outstanding school in the South Manchester area, to start in February 2019. This is a full time, long term role, with the potential of a permanent contract, paying up to £150 per day.

To join us and be successful in this Year 4 role, you will need to:
*Hold QTS Status and have completed your NQT and RQT Year
*Be subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional references checks
*Provide a CV with at least 10 years employment/education history included and any employment breaks must be explained
*Have the legal right to work in the UK

About the school
We are recruiting for an experienced Year 4 Teacher for a large 3 form entry Primary School in South Manchester. The school is an Ofsted outstanding Primary School which is currently on track to maintain this. The school is a culturally diverse, vibrant and well equipped Primary School. They provide a high level of education to a cohort of children who come from minority ethnic backgrounds. This school has won a number of awards including an award for the school's commitment to English as an additional language provision.

The school is based in South Manchester, with excellent public transport links and ample parking available.

About the role
This OFSTED 'Outstanding' Primary school is currently looking for an experienced Year 4 Teacher who has strong subject knowledge and has excellent behaviour management. You must be a committed practitioner, you will also strive to attain the highest standards in teaching and learning throughout the role. You will need to be a collaborative and driven individual as you will be working alongside two newly qualified teachers, therefore you will be expected to step up in this role and lead from the front.

The role itself will involve the delivery of the Year 4 curriculum within a strong year group which has historically achieved consistent, above the national average results. You will have strong curriculum knowledge, excellent planning skills and have the ability to track and monitor progress to ensure the children within your classroom develop at the right pace.

As a Year 4 Teacher, you will have the support of a collaborative team as well as a very experienced head of Year. As well as;
· a well- resourced school with an interactive white board in every classroom
· regular feedback and support from a head teacher who is invested in the development of every member of staff.
