Year 1 Teacher (3 Days Per Week - Job Share)
Salary: MPS/UPS (pro rata, Inner London)
Location: Brent, North West London
Start Date: September 2025
SANZA Teaching Agency is recruiting for a part-time Year 1 Class Teacher (Wednesday to Friday) on behalf of a vibrant, three-form entry school in Brent. The school has a strong reputation for inclusion, creative curriculum delivery and well-established support systems for part-time teaching teams.

About the Role:
- Deliver high-quality Year 1 lessons across core subjects, phonics and topic work.
- Attend weekly planning and handover meetings with your job-share partner.
- Build strong classroom routines and nurture pupil independence.
- Maintain clear and consistent assessment tracking in line with school policy.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Holds QTS and experience in Key Stage 1.
- Understands the unique needs of Year 1 pupils, especially those transitioning from EYFS.
- Is confident working in a job-share, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Flexible, proactive and passionate about creative learning.
