Our thriving secondary school in Blackpool is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant (TA) to join our supportive team. This is a fantastic opportunity for both qualified and unqualified individuals to make a real difference, working school hours only (9:15 AM - 3:00 PM).

Key Responsibilities (may include):
- Providing in-class support to students (individual or small group).
- Assisting teachers with classroom organisation and resource preparation.
- Supporting student engagement and positive behaviour.
- Helping with administrative tasks to ensure smooth lesson delivery.
