Physics Teacher - Ealing, London (Piccadilly Line)

Tradewind Recruitment are working with an outstanding secondary school in Ealing who are seeking a dedicated Physics Teacher to join their successful and supportive science department from September 2025. This exciting opportunity is available either on a permanent basis or a long-term contract (ending July 2026), depending on the candidate's preference.

This is a full-time role (Monday to Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm), although part-time applicants will also be considered. The position offers a competitive salary in line with the Inner London MPS/UPS scale, and the school has on-site parking available.

* Plan, prepare, and assess lessons in line with the national curriculum and departmental standards.
* Contribute to the wider life of the school through participation in enrichment activities, STEM initiatives, and academic support programs.
* Maintain a safe, positive, and stimulating classroom environment that fosters respect, curiosity, and resilience.

Person Specification:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* A relevant degree in Physics or a closely related subject
* Excellent subject knowledge and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly
* Strong classroom management and the ability to build positive relationships with students
* Enthusiastic, reflective, and committed to professional growth and collaboration
