The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you'll work alongside teachers to create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment. Your day could include:
Supporting individual pupils or small groups
Helping manage classroom behaviour
Preparing learning materials
Providing one-to-one support for children with additional needs
What We're Looking For
A genuine passion for working with children
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Experience in a school or childcare setting (desirable but not essential)
A valid DBS or willingness to apply for one
