What We're Looking For: This role is perfect for a dedicated and experienced educator with a strong background across KS1/KS2 and a proven track record of achieving great progress. We are seeking an individual who possesses the following qualities:
- KS1/KS2 Experience: Strong subject knowledge across key stages will be crucial to your success
- Assessment Skills: The ability to use both formative and summative assessments to identify misconceptions and revisit/reteach where necessary
- Target-Oriented: A driven individual who thrives on setting and achieving goals.
- Patience and Passion: A deep commitment to helping children make fantastic progress.
- Adaptability: The capacity to convey information through various teaching strategies, catering to different learning preferences. Utilize audio, visual, and kinesthetic methods to support the diverse needs of our students.

Essential Requirements
- You must hold QTS status or an equivalent teaching qualification.
- This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks.
- Provide a CV with at least 10 years employment/education history included and employment breaks must be explained
- Have the legal right to work in the UK.
